No, RSD Shipping Agency Jamaica Limited does not charge storage on any shipment. We only charge our standard agency fees.
Storage charges are applied and enforced by the warehouse.
In order for a representative from RSD to clear shipments on your behalf, you are required to write a letter to the Jamaica Customs Agency stating that you give consent to us handling and clearing your shipment. This letter then has to be signed and stamped by a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public. This is the requirement of the Jamaica Customs Agency.

Most routings for LCL cargo doesn’t have a straight sailing. Cargo goes through a transhipment process on either Panama or Dominica Republic.

The transit time for cargo coming from our Miami warehouse is three days to Kingston, and four days to Montego Bay.
No, when we notify you that your cargo is ready, you will firstly come in to our office to pay and receive relevant paperwork, but ultimately your Barrel, box, crate etc will be picked up at the warehouse (Seaboard, Port Handlers Ltd or Adolph Levy)
